Senior Family Law Associate Attorney | 49.3%–54.3% of Collected Fees
Beal Law Firm is an established Texas family law practice with more than 150 years of combined legal experience. Founded by Eric D. Beal—Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization—we represent clients in high-stakes and complex divorce, custody, and family law matters across the DFW Metroplex and throughout Texas.
Exceptional Senior-Associate Compensation
Our Senior Associates receive total compensation equal to 49.3% to 54.3% of their billed-and-collected fees.
Put differently, our Senior Associates historically average more than 48% of all fees they bill in total compensation—even after accounting for amounts that are not ultimately collected.
This is not hypothetical or aspirational compensation. It is our established compensation model. For skilled, productive attorneys, it creates the opportunity to earn at a level that reflects their actual contribution to the practice.
What Sets Us Apart
True Flexibility Work from anywhere, with substantial control over when and how you work. We provide the technology, staff, systems, and support necessary to practice at a high level without unnecessary bureaucracy or micromanagement.
Three Simple Rules
Don’t commit malpractice.
Take care of the clients.
If you do billable work, bill the time.
Beyond those fundamentals, we believe experienced attorneys should be trusted to manage their practices like professionals.
Meaningful Income Potential Our variable compensation model means your earnings grow with your productivity, skill, client development, and results. Highly productive attorneys can earn substantially more than they might under a traditional salary-and-bonus model.
High Standards, High Support We recruit and retain lawyers of character, professionalism, and drive. Our culture is built for attorneys who want to excel in both their craft and their service.
Who Thrives Here—and Who Won’t
We are intentional about bringing in lawyers who show excellence, maturity, and pride in their work.
You will be an excellent fit if you:
Take ownership of your cases and your clients
Are proactive, intelligent, and solution-oriented
Value professionalism, integrity, and clear communication
Have a demonstrated record of reliability, sound judgment, and excellent client service
Care about people in crisis and want to genuinely help them
Have high personal standards and take your legal career seriously
This is not the right fit if you:
Prefer a highly structured environment with significant day-to-day supervision or micromanagement
Are not comfortable taking primary ownership of sophisticated and emotionally challenging family law matters
Prefer compensation that is largely disconnected from individual productivity and client development
Do not enjoy the autonomy—and corresponding accountability—that comes with managing your own practice and caseload
Have difficulty consistently meeting deadlines, communicating with clients, or following matters through to completion
