Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Management Information System (MIS) Executive based in the Pune Division. The MIS Executive will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and updating daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to support management decisions. The role includes collecting and validating data from various departments, analyzing trends, and highlighting variances or issues. The MIS Executive will coordinate with operations, sales, finance, and other teams to ensure accurate and timely information flow, and will assist in designing or improving reporting formats and dashboards. Additional responsibilities may include supporting data migration, maintaining information systems, and documenting processes to improve reporting efficiency and reliability.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Information Systems and Management Information Systems (MIS), including understanding of data structures and reporting frameworks.
Demonstrated Analytical Skills and experience in MIS Reporting, with the ability to interpret data and present clear, actionable insights.
Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting reports to management.
Proficiency in spreadsheets and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, BI tools) and comfort working with large datasets.
Attention to detail, organizational abilities, and a structured approach to documentation and data validation.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in FMCG, beverages, or manufacturing environments is an advantage.
Ability to work on-site in Pune Division and manage multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
