Mystery Shopper Opportunity – Car Rental Audit | Abu Dhabi, UAE
We are looking for detail-oriented and observant individuals to conduct a mystery shopping audit at a car rental location in Abu Dhabi.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate the customer service experience at the assigned car rental location.
- Observe staff behaviour, professionalism, communication, and adherence to service standards.
- Document observations accurately and objectively.
- Prepare and submit a detailed, well-written audit report based on the evaluation guidelines.
Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and observation skills.
- Excellent written communication and report-writing abilities.
- Ability to follow instructions and provide accurate, unbiased feedback.
- Reliability and commitment to completing the audit and submitting the report within the given timeline.
What We Provide
- Comprehensive training and guidance before the audit.
- Reimbursement for the car rental (rent).
- An audit fee upon successful completion of the assignment and approval of the report.
