📢 We're Hiring | Associate Vice President – Underwriting
📍 Location: Seawoods, Navi Mumbai
💼 Experience: 10+ Years
💰 Budget: 25 LPA fix + 25-30% variable on top
We are looking for an experienced underwriting professional with a strong background in Life Insurance to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
▪️ Handle medical and financial underwriting within delegated authority limits of up to ₹2 crore.
▪️ Assess insurance risks and make sound underwriting decisions.
▪️ Review high sum assured cases and coordinate with reinsurers.
▪️ Collaborate with regional underwriting teams, branches, IT, and other stakeholders.
▪️ Ensure adherence to underwriting guidelines and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For:
✅ 10+ years of relevant underwriting experience in Life or Health Insurance.
✅ Strong knowledge of medical and financial underwriting.
✅ Experience in risk assessment and high sum assured cases.
✅ Life Insurance Underwriting background is highly preferred.
