The Owner will collaborate with partners, contractors, or team members as needed to maintain efficient workflows and support sustainable business development.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in business ownership, entrepreneurship, or senior management, ideally in professional services or consulting.
Strong skills in strategic planning, decision-making, and problem-solving to guide the company’s long-term direction.
Proficiency in financial oversight, including budgeting, forecasting, and basic accounting principles.
Excellent communication and relationship-management skills to work effectively with clients, partners, and remote team members.
Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple initiatives in a part-time, remote work environment.
Comfort with digital tools and remote collaboration platforms (e.g., email, video conferencing, project management software).
