Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Senior Full-Stack Azure Developer with strong expertise in the .NET ecosystem, Microsoft Azure, SQL Server, and modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable, Azure-hosted web portals while integrating AI-powered capabilities and automation into business applications.
The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple Third-Party Administrator (TPA) entities to understand business requirements and deliver secure, reliable, and high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack web applications, including internal member portals and external client portals.
Build scalable applications using C#, ASP.NET Core/MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework or equivalent ORM technologies.
Develop and optimize SQL Server queries, stored procedures, database schemas, and relational data models.
Deploy, manage, and maintain applications on Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Services, Azure SQL, and Azure Functions.
Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, testing, and deployments.
Integrate AI and automation capabilities into applications using Azure AI Services and AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot and ChatGPT.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Apply sound architectural principles, including service boundaries, data flow, security, performance, and scalability.
Use Git-based version control and follow established coding standards, testing practices, and documentation guidelines.
Proactively communicate progress, manage deliverables, and work independently in a remote environment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 10+ years of overall professional experience, with at least 7 years of relevant software development experience.
.NET Technologies: Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core/MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework or similar ORM.
Microsoft Azure: Hands-on experience with Azure App Services, Azure SQL, Azure Functions, and CI/CD pipelines.
SQL Server: Strong knowledge of SQL queries, stored procedures, database design, and relational data modeling.
Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
AI-Assisted Development: Practical familiarity with GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Azure AI, or similar tools, with an interest in integrating AI and automation into applications.
Version Control: Experience with GitHub, Azure DevOps, or equivalent tools.
Architecture: Understanding of application architecture, service integration, data flow, scalability, and performance optimization.
Frontend Frameworks: Experience with React, Angular, or Blazor is preferred.
Communication: Strong problem-solving skills, proactive stakeholder communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Preferred Skills
Experience with Azure AI Services, including Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, Azure AI Search, and Document Intelligence.
Knowledge of advanced Azure architecture and identity management, including Microsoft Entra ID.
Infrastructure-as-Code experience using Bicep, ARM templates, or Terraform.
Healthcare, insurance, or Third-Party Administrator (TPA) domain experience.
Familiarity with EDI/X12 transactions, including 834, 835, 837, and 999.
Experience with healthcare claims processing, member enrollment, or client-facing healthcare portals.
Mandatory Requirements
10+ years of overall experience.
Minimum 7 years of relevant software development experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in full-stack Azure development and the .NET ecosystem.
Strong SQL Server and Azure experience.
Immediate availability to join.
Willingness to collect the company laptop from the Chennai or Bangalore office.
