Senior Architect

About the Role
We are looking for 2 experienced Senior Architects to lead projects from concept to execution. The ideal candidate should be passionate about design, possess strong technical knowledge, mentor junior architects, coordinate with clients and consultants, and ensure timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept through execution.
Develop and review design concepts, drawings and technical details.
Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors and vendors.
Ensure designs comply with relevant codes and safety regulations.
Guide and mentor junior architects and review their work.
Conduct site visits and resolve design and execution challenges.
Manage project timelines, communication and documentation.
Collaborate effectively to achieve project goals.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience.
Strong design portfolio.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, Revit, 3ds Max and related software.
Excellent communication, leadership and project management skills.
Detail-oriented, deadline-driven and committed to design excellence.
Willingness to work additional hours when project requirements demand.
Preferred Qualifications
Candidates residing in or near Central Mumbai suburbs will be preferred.
