Experience Range: 8 – 12 YrsLocation : BengaluruWhat we are looking forMust Have
Administer and support Lotus Domino servers and Notes clients.· Manage Domino mail, application, and directory servers.· Perform Domino server installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and maintenance.· Manage Domino databases (.NSF), templates, replicas, and replication.· Troubleshoot mail routing, SMTP, NRPC, replication, and database issues.· Manage Domino clusters and high-availability environments.· Administer Domino Directory, groups, users, IDs, and access controls.· Manage certifier IDs, server IDs, user IDs, and ID recovery.· Configure and troubleshoot SMTP, LDAP, HTTP/HTTPS, and related Domino services.· Monitor server performance, disk utilization, replication, queues, and system health.· Perform backup and restore of Domino databases and server configurations.· Support security hardening, vulnerability remediation, and audit requirements.· Develop and maintain operational procedures, SOPs, runbooks, and technical documentation.· Lead incident, problem, and change management activities related to Domino.· Coordinate with application, network, security, storage, database, and Windows/Linux teams.· Provide L3/SME support for critical production issues.· Participate in DR/BCP planning and disaster recovery testing.· Migration ResponsibilitiesFor a Domino migration or modernization project, the SME may be responsible for:· Current-state assessment of Domino infrastructure.· Domino server and application inventory.· Dependency and compatibility assessment.Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
