Section Title: Job SummaryJob SummaryAs a Senior Developer (Golang) at HCL, you will be responsible for developing scalable software solutions using Golang, contributing to the design and architecture of systems, and ensuring high performance and responsiveness of applications. You will collaborate within team to define, and ship new features, and work on bug fixing and improving application performance.
Key Responsibilities1. Develop golang based software solutions that are efficient, reusable, and reliable2. Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical design and code3. Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and help maintain code quality and organization4. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems to ensure optimal functionality5. Work on performance optimization, scalability, and security of applications6. Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in golang development
Skill Requirements1. Strong proficiency in golang, with a good understanding of best practices and standards2. Experience with software development methodologies and tools3. Knowledge of containers and container orchestration platforms like docker and kubernetes4. Familiarity with microservices architecture and restful web services5. Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and database systems6. Ability to work in an agile environment and collaborate effectively with cross functional teams7.
