Role Description The Fashion Consultant will work on-site in New Delhi in a full-time capacity, providing style advice and product recommendations tailored to clients’ preferences, body types, and occasions. Day-to-day responsibilities include engaging with customers on the sales floor, understanding their needs, presenting suitable fashion options, and guiding them through complete looks that align with brand standards. The role involves maintaining up-to-date product and trend knowledge, coordinating with the sales team to meet store targets, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience from initial contact through purchase. The Fashion Consultant will also assist with visual merchandising, fitting room support, and customer feedback collection to help refine offerings and improve service quality.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Fashion Consulting and Product Knowledge skills to provide informed style advice and personalized wardrobe solutions.
Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with diverse clients and deliver a positive in-store experience.
Candidates should possess solid Sales skills to support revenue goals, promote key products, and contribute to achieving store targets.
Additional beneficial qualifications include familiarity with current fashion trends, basic visual merchandising skills, and experience in retail or fashion-focused roles.
A minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree or certification in fashion, retail management, or a related field is an advantage.
Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays, and maintain a professional, inclusive, and customer-centric approach.
