Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecaller role based in Jaipur. The Telecaller will handle outbound and inbound calls to prospective and existing candidates or clients, provide information about job openings or services, and record accurate details in the company’s systems. Daily responsibilities include explaining job requirements, addressing queries, following up on leads, and scheduling interviews or meetings as needed. The role also involves maintaining call logs, meeting call targets, and cooperating with the recruitment and operations teams to ensure smooth hiring and service delivery. The Telecaller is expected to maintain a professional phone manner, adhere to company guidelines, and contribute to a positive candidate and client experience.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication skills, including clear verbal communication, active listening, and basic written documentation abilities.Candidates should possess customer interaction skills, such as handling queries, providing accurate information, and maintaining a polite, service-oriented approach on calls.Candidates should possess basic computer and data-entry skills, including familiarity with MS Office, call-logging tools, and CRM or recruitment software (training can be provided).Candidates should possess time management and organization skills, including the ability to manage call volumes, follow up systematically, and meet daily or weekly targets.Candidates should possess problem-solving and interpersonal skills, including resilience, patience, and the ability to work effectively with diverse candidates and team members.Prior experience as a Telecaller, Customer Service Representative, or in recruitment support is preferred but not mandatory; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.Minimum educational qualification: High school diploma or equivalent; a graduate degree in any discipline is an advantage.Comfort with working full time from the Jaipur office and flexibility to adapt to changing processes and performance expectations.
