Role Description The Fashion Consultant role at Naukri Pay is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Fashion Consultant will assist customers in selecting apparel, accessories, and styles that align with their preferences, body types, and occasions while maintaining brand standards. Daily responsibilities include providing personalized styling advice, demonstrating product features, and supporting visual merchandising to create an appealing store environment. The role involves engaging with customers, handling inquiries, and delivering high-quality service that encourages repeat visits and referrals. The Fashion Consultant will also work closely with the sales team to meet targets, manage fittings, and stay updated on current fashion trends and product lines.
Qualifications
Strong fashion consulting and styling skills, including the ability to provide personalized wardrobe recommendations.
Solid product knowledge across apparel, accessories, fabrics, and current fashion trends.
Excellent communication skills for interacting with diverse customers and collaborating with team members.
Proven customer service abilities, with a focus on building long-term customer relationships.
Sales skills, including upselling, cross-selling, and working toward individual and store targets.
Prior experience in retail fashion, boutique consulting, or personal styling is highly beneficial.
Strong interpersonal skills, professional appearance, and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
Basic computer literacy for handling billing, inventory systems, and customer records.
Minimum high school diploma; a degree or certification in Fashion Design, Fashion Merchandising, or a related field is an advantage.
