We are looking for a Total Rewards Analyst with experience in compensation and benefits administration to support global HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in compensation processes, benefits administration, HRMS platforms (Workday, SAP, Oracle), HR operations, and process improvement initiatives. The role requires excellent analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills while ensuring compliance with HR policies and service delivery excellence.
Responsibilities:
Administer compensation and benefits processes for global employees.
Manage annual compensation activities, including merit increases, bonus processing, salary revisions, and equity administration.
Handle employee queries related to compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and policy interpretation.
Maintain accurate employee data in HRMS platforms such as Workday, SAP, or Oracle.
Perform HR transactions and ticket management through ServiceNow or other case management tools.
Conduct audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.
Analyse HR processes and identify automation and process improvement opportunities.
Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend corrective actions.
Prepare reports, dashboards, and MIS using MS Excel.
Develop SOPs, process documentation, and training materials.
Support Knowledge Transfer (KT) activities and mentor junior team members.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Payroll, Benefits vendors, and internal stakeholders.
Ensure adherence to SLAs, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Participate in internal initiatives related to HR transformation and process optimisation.
Requirements:
Qualification: Any graduation.
3-5 years of experience in compensation and benefits or HR operations.
Hands-on experience with Workday is mandatory.
Experience with SAP HR or Oracle HCM is preferred.
HR Domain Certification is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and Excel skills.
Experience in HR Shared Services or Global HR Operations.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
