About the Company
A high-growth, VC-backed SaaS company is hiring its founding India web design team and has partnered with Flexiple to build it. You will shape the visual language of the product's marketing site and campaign pages as the company scales globally. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.
Role Overview
As a Graphic Web Designer, you will design and ship web pages, landing pages, and campaign creative that move fast alongside a growing SaaS product, working closely with growth and product marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Web & Campaign Design
Design landing pages, product pages, and campaign creative for the marketing site
Build reusable web components and templates inside the design system
Turn briefs and wireframes into polished, responsive mockups
Speed & Iteration
Ship quickly alongside growth experiments and A/B tests
Partner directly with founders and marketing leads on messaging-led design
Ideal Candidate Profile
2 to 5 years in web or digital design with a portfolio of live SaaS or product work
Strong skills in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite
Comfort designing for conversion, not just aesthetics
Clear written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup
Preferred Qualifications
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and no-code page builders
Experience running or supporting A/B tests on landing pages
Exposure to a fast-moving startup or scale-up environment
