Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Writer / Content Strategist role based in Panipat, Haryana.
We are looking for a creative and organised Content Writer / Content Strategist to develop high-quality content across digital platforms. The role will involve content planning, writing, reviewing and managing content for websites, blogs, social media and video-based platforms while ensuring a consistent brand voice and clear communication strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Research, write and edit engaging articles and blog posts across relevant industry topics.
Develop and manage the overall content strategy in line with business and marketing objectives.
Create and update website content, including service pages, landing pages and informational content.
Write engaging scripts for social media videos, reels and other short-form video content.
Plan and create content for social media carousels, educational posts and campaign-based content.
Develop LinkedIn content strategies and maintain monthly or weekly LinkedIn content calendars.
Write LinkedIn posts for company and personal-brand profiles, ensuring consistency in tone and messaging.
Review and edit client-facing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, grammar and alignment with brand guidelines.
Research industry trends, audience interests and relevant topics to identify new content opportunities.
Work with the wider marketing and design teams to turn content ideas into effective visual and digital campaigns.
Maintain content calendars and coordinate deadlines across blogs, social media, website and video content.
Review content performance and use engagement insights to improve future content topics, formats and messaging.
About You
Strong written English with excellent grammar, editing and proofreading skills.
Experience in content writing, copywriting, digital marketing or social media content.
Ability to adapt writing style across blogs, websites, scripts and professional social media platforms.
Strong research skills and the ability to simplify complex topics into clear and engaging content.
Good understanding of LinkedIn, Instagram and other digital content platforms.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple content projects and deadlines.
If the role is more senior, I would title it “Content Strategist” rather than “Content Writer,” because the strategy, calendar planning and client review responsibilities go beyond pure writing.
