Digital Marketing Specialist

Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute and optimise digital marketing activities across search, social media, video, email and paid advertising channels. The role will combine digital strategy, campaign management, analytics, content promotion, automation and AI-enabled marketing to support brand growth, lead generation and conversion.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies aligned with business, brand and growth objectives.
Manage search marketing activities including SEO, GEO, SEM, Local SEO and Video SEO.
Plan and optimise Google Search and paid search campaigns to improve visibility, traffic and conversions.
Manage Instagram and Facebook marketing campaigns, including paid advertising, audience targeting and campaign optimisation.
Plan and execute YouTube promotion and video marketing strategies to increase reach, engagement and audience growth.
Develop email marketing campaigns, customer journeys and automated email workflows.
Support public relations activities, promotional events and digital campaigns that strengthen brand awareness and reputation.
Develop channel-specific marketing plans based on audience behaviour, campaign objectives and platform performance.
Use AI tools to support marketing research, campaign ideation, content development and prompt strategy.
Develop AI-assisted campaign management processes to improve efficiency, targeting and campaign optimisation.
Use automation and AI-supported bidding tools to improve advertising performance and reduce unnecessary ad spend.
Develop marketing concepts, campaign ideas and creative strategies across digital channels.
Support brand personality development and ensure marketing communications remain consistent with the organisation's positioning and tone of voice.
Apply conversion rate optimisation principles to websites, landing pages and digital campaigns to improve lead generation and customer actions.
Monitor website and campaign performance using web analytics and digital marketing reporting tools.
Analyse traffic, engagement, conversion and advertising data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare campaign reports and provide recommendations based on performance data and marketing insights.
Work closely with content, design and wider marketing teams to deliver integrated campaigns across multiple channels.
Skills and Requirements
Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, GEO, Local SEO and digital search strategy.
Experience managing Google, Facebook, Instagram and YouTube marketing campaigns.
Knowledge of email marketing, automation and customer journey development.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, campaign planning and audience targeting.
Experience with web analytics, performance reporting and conversion rate optimisation.
Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools, prompt development and marketing automation.
Strong analytical, creative and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns, priorities and digital channels simultaneously.
For this scope, “Digital Marketing Specialist” works well, but if the person will own the entire marketing strategy and campaigns, “Digital Marketing Manager” would be the stronger title.
