Accounts Executive — Healix Scrubs (AA Brands Inc.)
Location: South Delhi (on-site) | Type: Full-time | CTC: ₹4–7 LPA (based on experience)
About Healix Scrubs
Healix Scrubs (healixscrubs.com) is a premium medical apparel brand built for nurses, doctors, and healthcare professionals. We design performance scrubs on our proprietary Aeroluxe™ fabric and sell them direct-to-consumer in the US, UK, Canada, and the GCC through Shopify Plus and TikTok Shop, fulfilled from our California warehouse.
The brand is operated by AA Brands Inc. (US) with our team based in South Delhi. One year in and scaling fast, we’re now hiring our first full team. Everyone who joins owns their function end to end.
What You’ll Do
• Maintain US books in QuickBooks Online: Shopify revenue, Mercury bank reconciliation, ad spend, 3PL/freight, supplier payments, customs duty
• Reconcile Shopify payouts and payment-gateway settlements weekly
• India side: GST returns (GSTR-1/3B), TDS, purchase and sales registers for our manufacturing entities
• Monthly close: P&L, cash flow, inter-company reconciliation (US ↔ India supplier invoicing)
• AP/AR: supplier payment schedules, 3PL invoice verification, export documentation support
• Work with our US CPA firm on federal/state filings and sales-tax data
• First 90 days: clear a 12-month bookkeeping backlog and set up a repeatable monthly close
What We Need
• B.Com / M.Com / CA-Inter with 2–5 years of accounting experience
• Hands-on with QuickBooks Online (or Zoho Books/Tally with willingness to switch)
• Working knowledge of GST and TDS compliance
• Strong Excel (pivots, lookups, reconciliation workflows)
• Comfortable with multi-currency (USD/INR) books
Bonus Points
• Ecommerce, export house, or D2C brand experience
• Exposure to US entity accounting or Shopify/Amazon settlement reconciliation
• Super bonus: daily hands-on use of Claude or similar AI tools — we work AI-first, and every role here builds with AI, not around it
