About Healix Scrubs
Healix Scrubs (healixscrubs.com) is a premium medical apparel brand built for nurses, doctors, and healthcare professionals. We design performance scrubs on our proprietary Aeroluxe™ fabric and sell them direct-to-consumer in the US, UK, Canada, and the GCC through Shopify Plus and TikTok Shop, fulfilled from our California warehouse.
The brand is operated by AA Brands Inc. (US) with our team based in South Delhi. One year in and scaling fast, we're now hiring our first full team. Everyone who joins owns their function end to end.
What You'll Do
Own social strategy and the content calendar across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, X, and Reddit — localized for US, UK, and GCC audiences
Run the creator/UGC pipeline: outreach, briefs, negotiation, usage rights, performance tracking
Build our Reddit presence the right way — value-first participation in nursing and healthcare communities, not promo posts
Keep X in maintenance mode: replies, trend moments, customer love
Brief and manage the video editor for daily short-form output; coordinate with the community executive on engagement
Feed winning organic content to the performance marketing team as ad creative
Report weekly on growth, engagement, and social-attributed revenue
What We Need
3–5 years running social for a consumer/D2C brand, with a portfolio of accounts you've grown
Proven short-form video instincts — you know why a TikTok worked
Experience creating for US/international audiences; excellent written English
Hands-on with scheduling tools (Buffer/Later/Sprout) and native platform analytics
Comfortable being the taste-owner: you decide what ships
Bonus Points
Healthcare, apparel, or community-led brand experience
Reddit-native; you know what gets removed and what gets upvoted
Super bonus: daily hands-on use of Claude or similar AI tools — we work AI-first, and every role here builds with AI, not around it
