## About Healix Scrubs
Healix Scrubs (healixscrubs.com) is a premium medical apparel brand built for nurses, doctors, and healthcare professionals. We design performance scrubs on our proprietary Aeroluxe™ fabric and sell them direct-to-consumer in the US, UK, Canada, and the GCC through Shopify Plus and TikTok Shop, fulfilled from our California warehouse.
The brand is operated by AA Brands Inc. (US) with our team based in South Delhi. One year in and scaling fast, we're now hiring our first full team. Everyone who joins owns their function end to end.
## What You'll Do
- Own replenishment planning at SKU/size/colour level: sales velocity, weeks-of-cover targets, reorder triggers across a large size matrix (XXS–5XL, multiple fits)
- Raise and track production POs with our manufacturing partners: fabric and trims availability, WIP status, dispatch dates
- Plan and book India → US freight: air vs sea decisions per shipment (cost vs stockout math), coordination with freight forwarders and customs brokers
- Own export documentation end to end: commercial invoices, packing lists, AWB/BL, shipping bills, courier CSB filings for GCC lanes
- Monitor customs clearance both sides; escalate and resolve holds fast with brokers and courier partners
- Coordinate inbound receipts at our US 3PL: ASNs in ShipHero, receiving discrepancy resolution
- Maintain a live consolidated stock view: factory, in-transit, port, US warehouse
- Track freight spend per shipment and negotiate rates as volumes grow
## What We Need
- 2–5 years in apparel/textile export supply chain or freight operations
- Hands-on with both air and sea shipments out of India, ideally India → US lanes
- Fluent in export documentation and customs processes; you've unstuck shipments before
- Strong Excel — packing lists, stock reconciliation, landed-cost math
- Comfortable coordinating factories, forwarders, and a US warehouse in one day
## Bonus Points
- Garment industry background (understands fabric lead times and size-set production)
- ShipHero/WMS exposure; DDP courier shipment experience
