Role Description The Meta Ads Intern is a full-time remote role responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and optimization of Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns. Day-to-day tasks include assisting with audience research, campaign setup, ad copywriting, creative coordination, and basic budget monitoring under the guidance of senior team members. The intern will help track performance metrics, prepare simple reports, and suggest data-backed improvements to ad targeting, creatives, and placements. Collaboration with marketing, content, and design teams is expected to ensure that campaigns align with PPStack’s brand messaging and learner-focused goals. The role also involves staying updated on Meta Ads best practices, policies, and emerging trends in digital advertising.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess foundational skills in digital marketing and social media advertising, including familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and basic paid campaign concepts.
Candidates should possess analytical and research skills, such as comfort with performance metrics, simple data analysis, A/B testing basics, and competitor or audience research.
Candidates should possess communication and content-related skills, including clear written communication, basic ad copywriting, and collaboration with design or content teams.
Candidates should possess organizational and technical skills, such as attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks, and proficiency with spreadsheets and online collaboration tools.
Relevant coursework or experience in marketing, business, communications, or a related field is beneficial; prior internship experience in digital or performance marketing is a plus.
Interest in EdTech, AI, and career-focused learning solutions, along with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, remote environment, is highly valued.
