Senior Architect

Avillion farms is looking for an experienced Senior Architect to lead the design and development of luxury villa and residential projects. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in architectural design, construction documentation, 3D visualization, and a thorough understanding of measurements in Feet and Inches, which is critical for villa planning, interior detailing, and execution.
Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed 2D Architectural Drawings and working drawings.
Develop architectural concepts, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
Create accurate 3D models and walkthroughs using Google SketchUp.
Produce and coordinate drawings using AutoCAD and Revit.
Prepare construction and execution drawings with precise Feet and Inches measurements.
Coordinate with interior designers, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors.
Conduct site visits and verify dimensions for design accuracy.
Ensure all drawings and designs align with project specifications and execution requirements.
Present design concepts and walkthroughs to clients and management.
Requirements:
Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) - Mandatory.
5-6 Years of Experience.
Experience in Luxury Villas, Residential Projects, High-End Homes, or Real Estate Development.
Proven experience preparing drawings using Feet and Inches measurement standards.
Mandatory Skills:
Strong expertise in AutoCAD.
Advanced proficiency in Google SketchUp.
Working knowledge of Revit.
Experience creating architectural walkthroughs and presentations.
Excellent understanding of Feet and Inches measurement system.
Ability to prepare accurate architectural and interior detailing drawings.
Knowledge of villa construction and residential architecture.
Strong visualization and problem-solving skills.

Experience handling projects from concept design to execution.
