3D Visualizer - Luxury Villas & Residential Projects

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to create high-quality architectural visualisations for luxury villas, farmhouses, and premium residential projects. The ideal candidate should be capable of transforming architectural concepts, floor plans, and design ideas into realistic 3D renders and walkthroughs that effectively communicate design intent.
Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality 3D models for luxury villas, farmhouses, and residential developments.
Create photorealistic exterior and interior renderings.
Produce architectural walkthroughs and animation videos.
Collaborate closely with Architects, Interior Designers, and Project Teams.
Interpret architectural drawings, elevations, sections, and design concepts.
Apply realistic materials, textures, lighting, landscaping, and environmental elements.
Ensure visual outputs align with project design standards and client expectations.
Modify and enhance visualisations based on stakeholder feedback.
Maintain project timelines and deliverables.
Requirements:
Strong hands-on experience in: SketchUp, Lumion, D5 Render, Adobe Photoshop.
Knowledge of architectural visualisation techniques.
Understanding of materials, lighting, textures, and composition.
Ability to create realistic villa and residential project visualisations.
Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction details.
Strong presentation and communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in luxury villas, farmhouses, plotted developments, or premium residential projects.
Knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
Experience in animation and walkthrough creation.
Landscape visualisation experience will be an added advantage.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B. Arch).
Diploma in Architecture.
Fresh graduates with strong portfolios may also be considered.
