Responsibilities:
Create high-quality 3D interior designs and realistic renders for luxury villa projects.
Develop interior concepts, space planning, mood boards, and design presentations.
Prepare detailed 3D models based on architectural drawings and client requirements.
Create photorealistic renders for living rooms, bedrooms, kitchens, bathrooms, and villa spaces.
Coordinate with architects, project teams, and site engineers for design execution.
Modify designs based on client feedback and project requirements.
Select suitable materials, textures, finishes, furniture layouts, and lighting concepts.
Ensure designs are practical, functional, and aligned with site execution standards.
Support site teams with design clarifications and execution coordination.
Deliver design outputs within project timelines while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements:
3D Interior Design and Visualisation.
Luxury Villa / High-End Residential Project Experience.
Strong Interior Design Concepts and Space Planning.
Advanced knowledge of SketchUp / 3ds Max.
Hands-on experience with Lumion / D5 Render / V-Ray / Enscape.
AutoCAD knowledge for architectural layouts.
Photoshop & Post-production skills preferred.
Material, Texture, Lighting and Rendering Knowledge.
Furniture Layout and Interior Detailing.
Ability to create realistic walkthroughs and presentations.
Strong creativity and attention to detail.
Qualifications (Mandatory):
Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) - Mandatory.
Experience: 1 - 3 Years in 3D Interior Designing (Villa / Luxury Residential Projects Preferred).
Industry: Construction / Real Estate.
Eligibility: Male / Female Candidates.
Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Preferred.
