Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Detail AutoCAD 2D Architect role based in Bengaluru. The architect will prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings, including construction drawings and working drawings, aligned with project specifications and design standards. Daily responsibilities include translating design concepts into accurate AutoCAD plans, coordinating space planning and layout, and ensuring drawings meet structural and service requirements. The role involves close collaboration with internal design, engineering, and site teams to resolve technical details, support execution on site, and update drawings based on feedback or design changes. The architect will also maintain organized drawing documentation, adhere to project timelines, and contribute to the overall quality and consistency of Avillion Farms’ luxury farmhouse designs.
Qualifications
Strong proficiency in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings, with hands-on experience producing detailed 2D plans in AutoCAD.
Demonstrated ability in Drawing and Space Planning to create functional, aesthetic layouts for luxury residential or farmhouse projects.
Effective Communication skills for coordinating with design, engineering, and site teams, and for presenting technical information clearly.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) with 2–3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in high-end residential or farmhouse design.
Working knowledge of building codes, materials, and construction processes; familiarity with Bengaluru/Indian regulatory standards is an advantage.
Attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple drawing packages and deadlines.
Proficiency in additional design or visualization tools (e.g., SketchUp, Revit, or 3D modeling software) is beneficial.
