We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Executive and Compliance Executive with experience in the construction or real estate industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing, statutory compliance, labour law adherence, contractor compliance management, and employee records maintenance.
The candidate will have responsibilities across the following functions:
Payroll Management:
Process monthly payroll for corporate employees, site staff, and contract workforce.
Verify attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, and deductions.
Generate salary sheets, payslips, bank transfer statements, and payroll reports.
Coordinate with finance for payroll disbursement and reconciliation.
Ensure payroll accuracy and confidentiality.
Statutory Compliance:
Manage PF, ESI, PT, LWF, and other statutory compliances.
Handle employee onboarding and exits from compliance portals.
Generate and file monthly and annual statutory returns.
Ensure timely remittance of statutory dues.
Maintain compliance records and audit documentation.
Labour Compliance:
Monitor compliance under labour laws applicable to construction sites.
Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors for statutory compliance documentation.
Verify contractor compliance related to PF, ESI, wages, and labour licenses.
Maintain registers and records as required under labour regulations.
Support inspections by labour authorities and government agencies.
Employee Documentation and HR Support:
Maintain employee master data and payroll records.
Assist in joining formalities, employee documentation, and separations.
Prepare MIS reports related to payroll, compliance, and workforce analytics.
Support HR operations and audits.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing.
Hands-on experience in PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity, Bonus, and Labour Compliance.
Knowledge of Construction Labour Laws and Contractor Compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Analysis).
Experience with payroll software and HRMS platforms.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Preferred Background:
Experience in Construction, Real Estate, Infrastructure, EPC, or Contracting Companies.
Exposure to managing site workforce payroll and contractor compliance.
Familiarity with labour inspections and statutory audits.
Qualification:
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Management, HR, Finance, or related discipline.
2-5 years of relevant payroll and compliance experience.
Certification in Payroll, Labour Laws, or Compliance Management is an added advantage.
