We are seeking an experienced DevOps & Infrastructure Engineer to design, build, and maintain scalable, secure AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing AWS EKS clusters, Kubernetes environments, CI/CD pipelines, and a wide range of AWS services while ensuring high availability, performance, and cost efficiency. Generative AI is rapidly emerging as a critical threat vector, and Concentric AI is rising to meet the challenge with two acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
Design and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform (or similar IaC tools).
Ensure scalability, security, and cost-effectiveness across AWS resources.
Apply best practices for networking, IAM, and security configurations.
Automate provisioning and lifecycle management using Terraform and Kubernetes operators.
Configure and maintain essential EKS add-ons (e. g., AWS Load Balancer Controller, Cluster AutoScaler, External DNS).
Implement RBAC, IAM roles, and policies to ensure cluster governance and security.
Create and maintain Helm charts for Kubernetes-based applications.
Optimise Dockerfiles and container build pipelines.
Follow Kubernetes best practices for deployment, scaling, and security.
Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure testing and deployments.
Integrate observability tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Prometheus, and Grafana.
Continuously improve system reliability, performance, and scalability, including existing scripts and pipelines.
Write production-grade scripts in Python / Go / Bash for automation.
Apply FinOps best practices for resource rightsizing and cost control.
Requirements:
Strong experience with core AWS services (EC2 S3 RDS, VPC, IAM, etc. )
Hands-on expertise with Terraform or similar IaC tools.
Proficient in managing Kubernetes clusters on AWS EKS.
Experience with Helm, Docker, and Kubernetes networking.
Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e. g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, ArgoCD).
Solid understanding of cloud security, RBAC, and IAM.
Experience with observability tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or the ELK Stack.
Excellent problem-solving, communication and collaboration skills.
Experience mentoring junior engineers.
AWS Certified DevOps Engineer or Solutions Architect.
Experience with service mesh technologies (e. g., Istio, Linkerd).
Knowledge of database services (e. g., RDS, DynamoDB).
Familiarity with Kubernetes operators and GitOps workflows.
