Requirements:
Skills: Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, Multithreading, Angular / React.
Java Development: 4+ years, with strong multi-threading, Docker, JDBC, collections, and containerization.
Change Data Capture: Hands-on with CDC pipelines using Kafka or equivalent.
Distributed Systems: Understanding of Trino coordinator/worker architecture, scaling strategies, and failover mechanisms.
Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and a performance-first mindset.
Ability to analyze complex systems and make trade-off decisions between cost, performance, and maintainability.
Excellent communication skills to work with cross-functional teams and explain design impacts.
