TechyPrint is looking for motivated and result-oriented Sales Associates to join our growing printing business.

Sales Associate – Printing Solutions
📍 Location: Kolkata / Field-based
💼 Type: Commission-Based
💰 Compensation: Performance-Based Commission
What You’ll Do
Identify and approach potential B2B clients
Generate new leads through calls, networking, referrals and field outreach
Connect with corporates, startups, schools, colleges, event organizers, restaurants, retailers and local businesses
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable printing solutions
Prepare and share quotations with clients
Follow up with leads and convert them into paying customers
Build long-term relationships and generate repeat business
Coordinate with the internal team for order processing and delivery
Maintain a pipeline of prospects and regularly report sales progress
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Confidence in approaching and speaking with new clients
Sales/business development mindset
Ability to work independently and take ownership
Good networking and relationship-building skills
Prior sales experience is a plus, but freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
Knowledge of printing, marketing or corporate gifting is an advantage
💰 Commission Structure
Your earnings are directly linked to the Gross Profit generated from your sales:
₹0 – ₹50,000 Gross Profit → 10% Commission
-> The commission will increase if you cross this milestone/month
