Role Description The Site Engineer will work full time in a hybrid arrangement, primarily at project sites in and around Nagpur, with some work-from-home flexibility for planning, documentation, and coordination tasks. Day-to-day responsibilities include supervising on-site construction activities, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that quality standards and safety protocols are consistently met. The role involves interpreting structural and civil engineering drawings, coordinating with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams, and resolving technical issues that arise on site. The Site Engineer will prepare daily reports, maintain project documentation, and support project managers in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. This position requires regular communication with stakeholders to ensure that work is executed according to design, budget, and timeline.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong on-site supervision and coordination skills, with experience managing daily construction activities and site operations.
Candidates should possess effective communication skills to interact with project managers, contractors, workers, and clients in a clear and professional manner.
Candidates should possess structural engineering knowledge to interpret drawings on site.
Candidates should possess civil engineering expertise, ideally with a degree or diploma in Civil Engineering and experience in building construction.
Additional beneficial qualifications include proficiency in basic construction software or CAD tools, understanding of local building codes, and strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
