Software Development Engineer II (Full - Stack)

We are looking for a Full-Stack SDE-2 to build scalable, high-performance web applications. You will work across frontend and backend systems, owning features end-to-end from design to deployment. This role requires strong system thinking, performance awareness, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver impactful features.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and scale full-stack applications using Next.js, React.js, Node.js, and MySQL.
Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver new features.
Optimize frontend and backend performance (TTFB, CLS, lazy loading, caching, DB optimization).
Own system design and architecture decisions for new features.
Build and integrate REST APIs with frontend components.
Write unit and integration tests (Jest, React Testing Library).
Use Docker for development and Jenkins CI/CD for deployments on AWS.
Work in a microservices environment, ensuring reliability and scalability.
Monitor and improve web performance and developer experience.
Requirements:
2-4 years of experience in full-stack development.
Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js
Experience with Node.js and MySQL.
Strong understanding of REST API design.
Knowledge of web performance optimization (frontend + backend).
Experience with Docker, Jenkins, and AWS (EC2 RDS, S3).
Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows.
Exposure to AI developer tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc. ).
Good to Have:
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
Familiarity with API tools (Swagger, Postman).
Experience with CDN tools like Cloudflare.
Performance auditing using Lighthouse, WebPageTest, and Chrome DevTools.
Understanding of design systems, accessibility, and responsive UI.
