Fullstack Engineer

We are looking for an SDE-2 Frontend Engineer to build scalable, high-performance web applications and customer-facing experiences using modern frontend technologies. You will work closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver impactful frontend features while driving performance, usability, and frontend architecture improvements.
Responsibilities:
Design and develop frontend applications using Next.js, React.js, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
Build responsive, accessible, and reusable UI components.
Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to ship new features.
Optimise frontend performance across Core Web Vitals (LCP, CLS, INP).
Improve rendering strategies, bundle optimisation, and lazy loading.
Contribute to scalable frontend architecture and design systems.
Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.
Write unit and integration tests using Jest and React Testing Library.
Maintain code quality through reviews, CI checks, and engineering best practices.
Improve frontend observability and developer experience.
Requirements:
3-5 years of frontend development experience.
Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and Next.js .
Strong understanding of frontend performance optimisation and Core Web Vitals.
Experience building scalable and responsive web applications.
Familiarity with REST APIs and frontend-backend integrations.
Exposure to component libraries and design systems.
Strong understanding of browser rendering, caching, and debugging tools.
Experience with Git workflows and pull-request-based development.
Familiarity with AI developer tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, AI code review tools).
Good to Have:
Exposure to Node.js and backend integrations.
Knowledge of MySQL and backend performance concepts.
Experience with Docker, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, and AWS services.
Familiarity with microservices architecture.
Experience with CDN platforms like Cloudflare.
Performance auditing using Lighthouse, WebPageTest, or Chrome DevTools.
Exposure to Swagger/Postman for API documentation.
