Senior Software Development Engineer in Test

We're looking for a highly motivated Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to build and scale our automation framework, integrate testing into CI/CD pipelines, and help us achieve near-zero manual testing effort.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain QA automation and performance testing infrastructure for complex end-to-end and integration testing of iOS applications.
Design, develop, and execute automated tests as part of CI/CD pipelines.
Collaborate closely with Engineering and QA teams to understand verification requirements and improve product quality.
Troubleshoot and resolve automation framework issues.
Conduct UI and Microservices performance testing.
Prepare detailed test reports and quality metrics.
Mentor junior team members and perform code reviews.
Continuously evaluate and adopt modern testing technologies and best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5-6.5 years of experience in QA Automation (UI and Backend API).
Strong experience in API automation using Rest Assured, Apache HTTP Client, or similar frameworks.
Hands-on experience with Selenium, Java, TestNG, and Playwright JS.
Strong programming, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of Linux, including command-line operations, log analysis, application troubleshooting, and debugging.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and test automation frameworks.
Familiarity with AI-powered tools such as Claude, Cursor, and agentic workflows for test generation, root-cause analysis, and QA efficiency improvements.
Understanding of Web Services, JSON, and XML.
Good to Have:
Experience with MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
Exposure to Elasticsearch, Kafka, and Apache Storm.
Experience in the E-commerce domain (frontend and backend).
Experience in performance testing for UI and Microservices.
