Role Description The Offline Marketing Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Narwana. The role involves planning and executing local marketing campaigns to promote AK Classes’ JEE, NEET, and Foundation programs through offline channels such as banners, pamphlets, hoardings, and school outreach activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with printing vendors, managing distribution of marketing materials, organizing seminars and counseling sessions in schools and public venues, and tracking the effectiveness of each campaign. The Executive will interact with students, parents, and school staff to build brand awareness, generate inquiries, and support admission drives. The role also requires maintaining basic records of leads, event participation, and campaign performance, and collaborating with the academic and admissions teams to align marketing efforts with enrollment targets.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage confidently with students, parents, and school staff.
Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and offline promotion techniques, including events, print media, and local outreach.
Organizational and time-management skills to plan campaigns, manage logistics, and handle multiple activities simultaneously.
Ability to work on-site in Narwana, including fieldwork within the local area and nearby regions as required.
Comfort with maintaining simple reports and lead records; basic computer skills (MS Office or similar) are beneficial.
Prior experience in education marketing, sales, or field promotion is an advantage but not mandatory.
Minimum educational qualification: Higher Secondary (12th) pass; a diploma or degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to work flexible hours during peak admission seasons.
