🎯 Key Responsibilities • Performance Management System (PMS): Drive the end-to-end performance appraisal cycle, set up KRAs/KPIs in alignment with business goals, and conduct performance review workshops. • Seamless Onboarding & Employee Experience: Design and manage standard onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition and high engagement for new hires. • HR Policies & Compliance: Formulate, review, and roll out corporate HR policies, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and legal standards. • Employee Engagement & Culture: Build continuous engagement initiatives, manage grievance resolution mechanisms, and drive retention strategies across business units. • HR Operations & MIS Analytics: Oversee core HR operations, maintain HRIS data integrity, track key HR metrics (turnover, time-to-fill, engagement index), and generate monthly leadership reports.
