We are looking for an experienced Sr. Manager – Legal (Compliance) to lead legal advisory, regulatory compliance, contract management, corporate governance, and legal support for business initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle enterprise-level projects requiring legal and compliance inputs.
Provide legal advisory, contract review, drafting, negotiation, and contract management support.
Ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
Identify potential compliance gaps and coordinate with relevant departments for corrective actions.
Draft and review statutory/internal policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
Manage regulatory support, due diligence, and interactions with government authorities.
Advise and train internal stakeholders on legal and compliance matters.
Liaise with regulatory agencies, external legal counsels, advocates, and consultants.
Facilitate Board, shareholder, and committee meetings and provide legal guidance on matters with legal implications.
Provide legal inputs on company products and relevant customer/product documentation.
Support negotiation and settlement matters with appropriate approvals.
Work closely with the Government Relations (GR) function to address potential legal and regulatory challenges.
Lead and manage a team of legal/compliance professionals.
