Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple sourcing channels, job portals, and external recruitment agencies.
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs, define job specifications, and execute effective hiring strategies.
Screen candidate profiles, conduct initial interviews, and evaluate applicants for skill alignment, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Oversee interview scheduling, gather stakeholder feedback, and ensure timely updates for all candidates.
Lead offer discussions, negotiate compensation, and ensure smooth closure of open roles.
Maintain candidate engagement from offer acceptance through onboarding.
Track recruitment metrics, maintain Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and generate accurate MIS reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (B.Com, B.E., B.Tech, MBA, or PGDM).
Experience: 5–7 years of recruitment experience, preferably within a global MNC.
Functional Skills: Strong knowledge of major job portals, ATS/hiring software, and recruitment compliance standards.
Competencies: Data-driven mindset, strong negotiation skills, excellent stakeholder management, and clear written/verbal communication.
