Key Responsibilities:
* Own end-to-end **P&L, business planning & financial performance**
* Partner with business & operations teams to drive **profitable growth**
* Handle **product costing, pricing, margin analysis & ROI**
* Drive **cost optimization, inventory & working capital management**
* Track digital business metrics – **CAC, LTV, ROAS & contribution margins**
* Manage **marketplace reconciliations, revenue assurance & MIS**
* Support **commercial structuring, contracts, Capex & investment decisions**
* Ensure strong **financial controls, compliance & governance**
* Provide actionable insights through **variance analysis and business reporting**
**Ideal Candidate:**
CA with **8–12 years post-qualification experience
Minimum **4 years in Business Finance within FMCG / Consumer Products
Strong **financial modelling & advanced Excel
Excellent **business acumen, stakeholder management & analytical skill
Good knowledge of **Ind AS/IFRS, taxation & commercial implications
