Role Description We are looking for an SDE2 – Flutter Frontend Developer who can independently design, develop, test, and maintain production-grade Flutter applications.

Job Description
We are looking for an SDE2 – Flutter Frontend Developer who can independently design, develop, test, and maintain production-grade Flutter applications.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart, BLoC, Clean Architecture, API/SDK integrations, automated testing, and performance optimization. You will work closely with backend, QA, hardware, and product teams to build reliable healthcare applications.
This role requires someone who can take ownership of features end-to-end and contribute to technical decisions while maintaining high engineering standards.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain production-grade applications using Flutter and Dart.
Build scalable application architecture using Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and appropriate design patterns.
Implement application state management using Flutter BLoC.
Independently own features from technical design and implementation through testing, release, and production support.
Integrate REST APIs, SDKs, third-party libraries, and external services into Flutter applications.
Implement responsive and reusable UI components following established design systems and UX requirements.
Work with asynchronous programming, networking, streams, and event-driven application flows.
Write and maintain unit tests, widget tests, and integration tests.
Debug complex application issues and identify root causes across UI, business logic, networking, and integrations.
Optimize application performance, memory usage, rendering, and startup time.
Participate actively in code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.
Collaborate with backend, QA, hardware, and product teams to deliver end-to-end features.
Follow Git branching, code review, CI/CD, and engineering best practices.
Contribute to improving existing architecture, development practices, and code quality.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of professional software development experience, with strong hands-on experience in Flutter.
Strong proficiency in Dart and Flutter.
Good understanding of Flutter BLoC and state management patterns.
Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns.
Experience building and maintaining production Flutter applications.
Experience integrating REST APIs and third-party SDKs.
Good understanding of asynchronous programming, streams, futures, and networking.
Experience writing unit tests and widget tests; familiarity with integration testing.
Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Good understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
Understanding of application performance optimization.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are important.
Ability to independently take ownership of assigned features and deliver them within timelines.
Nice to Have
Experience with platform channels, or native Flutter plugins.
Experience with WebSockets or real-time communication.
Exposure to WebRTC.
Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or similar CI/CD tools.
Experience developing applications for Linux/Desktop in addition to mobile.
Experience with healthcare, medical, IoT, or device-integrated applications.
