Role Description The Senior Managing Director for Australia Opportunities will lead the strategic development and growth of Australia-focused immigration and visa consulting services. This full-time, on-site role in Australia involves overseeing client engagement, building and managing key partnerships, and ensuring high-quality advisory services aligned with Australian immigration requirements. The person in this role will guide and mentor consulting teams, set performance goals, and implement operational best practices to enhance service delivery. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring regulatory changes, refining service offerings, supporting complex client cases, and representing the organization in professional and industry forums. The Senior Managing Director will collaborate closely with leadership to drive business expansion, maintain compliance, and uphold the company’s standards for ethical, client-centered consulting.
Qualifications
Strong leadership and management abilities, with experience overseeing teams, setting strategic direction, and driving performance.
Extensive knowledge of immigration and visa processes, preferably related to Australia, and the ability to interpret and apply regulatory requirements.
