Role Description The Full Stack Manager for Canada Opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This role oversees end-to-end management of Canada-focused immigration and visa consulting services, coordinating client intake, documentation, application workflows, and follow-ups. The manager will lead and mentor a cross-functional team, ensuring adherence to Canadian immigration guidelines, optimizing internal processes, and maintaining accurate records and timelines. Daily responsibilities include reviewing client profiles, advising on suitable pathways, monitoring application status, resolving escalated issues, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to improve service delivery. The role also involves reporting on performance metrics, driving service quality improvements, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong knowledge of Canadian immigration processes, visa categories, and regulatory requirements.
Experience managing full-stack service operations, including client onboarding, documentation, compliance checks, and application tracking.
Leadership skills to supervise and develop a team, with the ability to allocate tasks, set priorities, and manage performance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, team members, and external stakeholders professionally and clearly.
Analytical and organizational skills for handling multiple cases, maintaining detailed records, and identifying process improvements.
Proficiency with office productivity tools and case management or CRM systems used in consulting or professional services environments.
