Role Description The Project Manager Scrum Master will lead and coordinate immigration and visa consulting projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services and client outcomes. This full-time, on-site role based in Abroad involves managing project timelines, assigning tasks, and facilitating Scrum ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives. The role includes collaborating with consultants and operations staff, tracking progress, removing impediments, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards. The Project Manager Scrum Master will also monitor resource utilization, coordinate with logistics and inspection functions as needed, and continuously improve processes to enhance client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Qualifications
Strong project leadership with skills in Project Management and Expediting to ensure timely completion of immigration and visa-related deliverables.
Experience as an Expeditor with knowledge of Logistics Management to coordinate documentation, submissions, and interdepartmental workflows.
Familiarity with Inspection processes to verify accuracy and compliance of client documentation and internal records.
Professional experience working with Agile methodologies, serving as a Scrum Master or similar role, facilitating sprints and team collaboration.
Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and handle multiple projects.
Relevant bachelor’s degree in business, management, engineering, or a related field; professional certifications in Project Management or Scrum are an advantage.
Prior experience in immigration, legal services, or consulting environments is beneficial, along with a strong focus on ethics, confidentiality, and client service.
