Role Description The Managing Director role at Esse India | Canada immigration consultants in delhi | visa consultant delhi is a full-time, on-site position located in Canada. The Managing Director will oversee overall business operations, set strategic direction, and drive growth for the immigration and visa consulting services. Daily responsibilities include leading and mentoring senior staff, ensuring compliance with immigration regulations, monitoring service quality, and optimizing processes to enhance client experience. Qualifications
Proven leadership and management skills, including strategic planning, team leadership, and decision-making in a service-oriented business environment.
