Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Talent Acquisition Intern role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The Talent Acquisition Intern will support end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing candidates, screening applications, and coordinating interviews for various roles. Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with job posting, maintaining candidate databases, communicating with applicants, and scheduling interviews in collaboration with the hiring team. The intern will help promote employer branding initiatives, contribute to talent pipeline building, and support hiring events or campus outreach. The role involves close collaboration with recruitment and HR stakeholders to ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience aligned with SyncUp’s AI-driven, proof-of-work hiring philosophy.
Qualifications
Ability to support Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating hiring processes.
Interest or experience in Hiring and Interviewing, with the ability to engage candidates professionally and objectively.
Understanding of Employer Branding and willingness to contribute to campaigns, social media presence, and candidate outreach.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Proficiency with basic HR tools, applicant tracking systems, or spreadsheets; familiarity with AI or tech-driven hiring platforms is an advantage.
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
Demonstrated interest in talent acquisition, HR, or people operations; prior internship or project experience in HR is a plus.
Ability to work on-site in the Greater Kolkata Area and collaborate effectively within a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
