Role Overview
We are looking for a Salesforce Architect who can lead the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
This role demands deep expertise across Salesforce platform architecture, integrations, data modeling, and security, along with the ability to transform business requirements into scalable, high-performance solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end Salesforce solution architecture and design for enterprise implementations
Translate business requirements into high-level architecture and detailed technical designs
Design scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and platform capabilities
Define and implement integration architectures using REST, SOAP APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns
Architect data models, security frameworks, and sharing models ensuring compliance and scalability
Establish and enforce governance frameworks, coding standards, and best practices
Drive performance optimization, troubleshooting, and system scalability improvements
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business, product, and engineering
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and technical teams
Ensure adherence to SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices
Act as a technical SME and escalation point for complex Salesforce programs
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture
Extensive hands-on experience with:
Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Salesforce platform capabilities and customization
Strong expertise in:
Integration patterns (REST, SOAP, middleware, event-driven architecture)
Salesforce data modeling and schema design
Security architecture, sharing rules, and compliance
Deep understanding of:
SOQL, SOSL, and complex query optimization
Performance tuning and large-scale system design
Proven experience in:
Designing enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions
Establishing governance models and architectural standards
Strong knowledge of:
SDLC, Agile frameworks, and DevOps processes
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Good to Have:
Salesforce Architect Certifications (CTA / System Architect / Application Architect)
Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
Exposure to enterprise integration platforms (MuleSoft or equivalent)
Knowledge of data migration, ETL processes, and large data volumes
Experience working in global delivery environments
