Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Fresher Recruiter role based in Bengaluru South. The recruiter will support end-to-end hiring activities for entry-level roles, including sourcing candidates from campuses and online platforms, screening resumes, and conducting initial telephonic or in-person interviews. The role involves coordinating interview schedules, maintaining candidate databases, and updating hiring trackers in line with organizational requirements. The recruiter will collaborate with training and placement teams, participate in campus drives, support onboarding activities, and ensure a positive candidate experience. The position also includes preparing basic recruitment reports and providing feedback to stakeholders to continuously improve hiring processes.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills to interact effectively with students, college representatives, and internal teams.
Candidates should possess basic recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including resume screening, candidate assessment, and coordination of interviews and selection processes.
Candidates should possess organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple hiring requirements, maintain accurate records, and meet deadlines.
Candidates should possess comfort with MS Office tools, spreadsheets, and online job portals or social media platforms used for sourcing and tracking candidates.
Candidates should possess a learning mindset, adaptability, and a strong interest in HR, campus hiring, and early-career talent development.
Relevant educational background such as a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred; internships or academic projects in HR or recruitment are an added advantage.
