Logistics Analyst

About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support logistics and supply chain operations across Australia.
The successful candidate will analyse logistics data, monitor operational performance, identify process improvement opportunities, and work with internal teams and logistics partners to improve efficiency, cost management, and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse logistics, transportation, inventory, and supply chain data
Monitor key logistics and operational performance indicators
Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and performance analysis
Identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement
Analyse transportation costs, delivery performance, and operational expenses
Support demand planning, inventory management, and logistics forecasting
Work with warehouse, procurement, transportation, and operations teams
Assist with route and distribution network analysis
Maintain accurate logistics data and documentation
Support continuous improvement and cost-reduction initiatives
Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to relevant stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, Analytics, or a related field
Experience in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or data analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Experience with reporting and data visualisation tools is advantageous
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
