Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications.
Build features across frontend, backend, database, and cloud environments.
Participate in requirement gathering and client discussions.
Develop clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
Perform code reviews and follow development best practices.
Write unit/integration tests and ensure application quality.
Deploy applications and support CI/CD pipelines.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Work with AI-powered development tools (GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) to improve productivity while maintaining code quality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
Required Skills
Strong hands-on experience in at least one Frontend technology: React.js, Next.js, or Angular.
Proficiency in at least one Backend technology: Java, Node.js, or Python (Django).
Good understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
Strong knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Git and version control practices.
Exposure to Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
Good understanding of software design principles, debugging, and performance optimization.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to interact directly with clients and understand business requirements.
Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or Claude Code for development and testing is preferred.
Required Qualifications
2–5 years of hands-on experience in Full Stack Development.
Strong knowledge of one Frontend framework and one Backend technology.
Experience with relational or NoSQL databases.
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
Good understanding of software development best practices.
Strong communication skills and ability to interact with clients.
Experience owning features from development to deployment.
