Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Fullstack Developer role based in Shivajinagar, Pune And Surat, Gujrat. The Fullstack Developer will be responsible for building and shipping complete product features across the frontend and backend.
The role involves developing responsive interfaces using React, Vite, and Tailwind CSS, building Node.js REST APIs and webhooks, designing database schemas, and integrating live third-party platforms such as Meta Marketing API, WhatsApp Business API, payment gateways, CRM APIs, and AI/Voice AI services.
The developer will work across the complete development lifecycle, including authentication and OAuth flows, API integrations, database operations, deployment, logging, error monitoring, debugging, documentation, and production support. You will have significant ownership over features and will be expected to turn real business problems into reliable, scalable technical solutions.
Qualifications
3+ years of professional full-stack development experience with real, shipped production applications.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript across frontend and backend development.
Hands-on production experience with React and Node.js.
Strong understanding of REST APIs, webhooks, API integrations, authentication, and OAuth flows.
Experience designing and querying MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL databases.
Experience building responsive, production-quality interfaces from Figma designs.
Good understanding of Git-based development workflows, debugging, testing, deployment, and production environments.
Basic deployment experience with platforms such as Vercel, Netlify, Railway, Render, VPS, or similar.
Ability to independently understand third-party API documentation and integrate external services.
Strong understanding of error handling, loading states, empty states, retries, and production failure scenarios.
Ability to build secure systems with proper credential/API-key handling and safe webhook processing.
Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to work in a fast-moving environment.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate directly with founders, designers, and other team members.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience with Meta Marketing API, WhatsApp Business API, Razorpay, or other payment gateways.
Experience with Vapi, Bolna, Retell, or other Voice AI/telephony platforms.
Experience integrating AI/LLM APIs, including streaming, function calling, and prompt handling.
Knowledge of Redis, BullMQ, queues, and background jobs.
Experience with Docker and CI/CD.
Experience with Next.js, GSAP, or Framer Motion.
Experience building SaaS products, dashboards, business automation platforms, or API-heavy applications.
