Role Description The Assistant Manager for Canada opportunities is a full-time, on-site role based in Canada. This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations related to Canada immigration consulting, including managing client enquiries, conducting initial eligibility assessments, and coordinating documentation for visa applications. The Assistant Manager will support senior consultants, track application progress, and ensure timely follow-up and communication with clients. Responsibilities also include maintaining updated knowledge of Canadian immigration policies, preparing reports, assisting with team coordination, and contributing to process improvements for client service delivery. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a client-focused approach.
Qualifications
Strong client service and communication skills, including the ability to explain immigration processes clearly and respond to client queries professionally.
Excellent organizational and administrative skills to manage documentation, track application timelines, and support daily office operations.
Analytical and research abilities to stay updated on Canadian immigration rules, assess eligibility, and support accurate guidance.
Team collaboration and coordination skills to work closely with consultants and support staff in delivering consistent, high-quality service.
Proficiency with basic office software and digital tools for data entry, documentation management, and reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline, preferably in business, law, international relations, or a related field.
Prior experience in immigration consulting, visa services, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
