Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Learning and Development Specialist role based in Bapatla. The specialist will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs to support employee performance, compliance, and professional growth across operational and corporate teams. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting training needs assessments, creating learning materials and curricula, facilitating classroom and on-the-job training sessions, and maintaining learning records. The role also involves managing learning platforms, coordinating schedules with department leaders, tracking training effectiveness through feedback and performance metrics, and recommending improvements. The specialist will collaborate with HR and functional managers to align learning initiatives with business goals and support a continuous learning culture.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Training & Development skills, including experience planning, organizing, and delivering employee training programs.
Candidates should possess Learning Management skills, such as administering learning systems, tracking participation, and maintaining accurate training documentation.
Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills, including the ability to create structured course content, training materials, and assessments tailored to diverse learner groups.
Candidates should possess effective Communication and Coaching skills to facilitate engaging sessions, provide feedback, and support individual learning paths.
Relevant experience in manufacturing, food processing, or similar industrial environments is beneficial.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Bapatla, manage multiple training projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with compliance training, safety standards, and continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
